What happens after it's built?
Every automation comes with 30 days of free fixes (60 days on system builds) and a plain-English guide. After that, an optional monthly support plan covers quick fixes and genuine faults: Automation Cover from £15 a month, Bot Cover from £25 and System Cover from £45, with larger systems priced individually. I aim to reply within 2 working days. Bigger problems, or issues caused by how the system is being used, are quoted separately. Without a plan, support is £60 an hour in 30-minute blocks.

Questions people ask about this
Will it still work in my version of Excel?
Usually, yes. I check which version you use on our call and build for that. Some features, like macros, need the desktop version of Excel rather than the web version, and I'll tell you before I start if that matters.
Do I have to learn VBA or anything technical?
No. You use the finished spreadsheet the same way you do now, just with the boring parts done for you. You also get a plain-English guide.
Can you fix a spreadsheet someone else built?
Yes. Rescuing an inherited or broken workbook is one of the most common jobs, and it starts from £60 as a quick fix.
Is Google Sheets supported as well as Excel?
Yes. The same kind of automation can be built in Google Sheets for businesses that use Google Workspace.
