Workflow automation joins up the steps of a routine process so it runs by itself. For example: when a form is submitted, save the details, create a task and tell the right person. It's built with Power Automate for Microsoft 365, or with Google Workspace tools.

What happens after it's built?
Every automation comes with 30 days of free fixes (60 days on system builds) and a plain-English guide. After that, an optional monthly support plan covers quick fixes and genuine faults: Automation Cover from £15 a month, Bot Cover from £25 and System Cover from £45, with larger systems priced individually. I aim to reply within 2 working days. Bigger problems, or issues caused by how the system is being used, are quoted separately. Without a plan, support is £60 an hour in 30-minute blocks.

Do I need to buy Power Automate?
Many Microsoft 365 business plans already include it. I check what your plan includes on our call before recommending anything.
What if we use Google, not Microsoft?
That's fine. Similar workflows can be built with Google Workspace tools, and other apps can be joined in with Zapier or Make.
Can it work across two different systems?
Usually, yes, if both can be connected. See connecting your apps for how that works.
What if a step fails?
